"Il ragazzo si potrebbe impegnare di più, soprattutto nella zona camere servono interventi"

Impostazione da albergo importante, con ottimi spazi sulla piscina. Zona piscina ottima, ma con accesso limitato, perchè non fare scale che scendono direttamente dall' hotel e dalla zona bar ? Piano terra e sala da pranzo colazioni con ottimi spazi, buffet curato per la proposta a 3 stelle. Servizio bar vario e sempre disponibile....

Alcuni consigli ? Eliminare un pò di vecchio dai corridoi, camere (rifare almeno pavimenti e porte). Ristrutturare le camere per un 3 stelle è necessario, i pavimenti sono da cambiare, anche se tutti belli puliti rimandano ad altre epoche. Piccolezze e rifacimento camere lo renderebbero un ottimo hotel.... Data la posizione, è indispendabile avere bici per i clienti, se non le volete dare gratis magari a gettone, il centro di Cattolica rimane a 30min a piedi.

La piscine, l’emplacement à 100 m de la plage, le personnel sympa, la grande terrasse de l’hôtel, le balcon dans la chambre

Le parking est a quelques mètres mais il faut vraiment réserver bien avance sinon il n’y a plus de places et c’est assez compliqué pour stationner en haute saison. La chambre bien mais spartiate.
