A quiet location on the 1st floor (no lift) of a residential block. A short walk into town, the local rail station and the Pompeii ruins. Small supermarket and a bakery within a 200m walk. A nice balcony with mountain views.

Absolutely loved our stay. The apartment was beautiful inside - large, clean and homely. It's actually my favourite stay out of our almost 3 week adventure. The balcony wrapped around the apartment and the view from the back was stunning. Mount Vesuvius in direct view and gorgeous lemon and orange trees in the yard. The living area has a large lounge, dining table and kitchen. The host had left water bottles in the fridge which was super kind and helpful. There were other essentials in the kitchen which were handy before we had the chance to go to the shops. 3 great bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were fab for us as we had 6 people staying. Luciana has products in the bathroom to use the washing machine (I had brought my own). It felt very homely to stay here. The communication with Luciana was very easy and quick over WhatsApp. The keys were in a lock box at the gate. We were able to park our car inside the gate. There isn't a lift but not too many stairs either. The locks on the doors are very secure so you feel safe and sound. The location is great. At one end of the road was a small grocery store and a small fruit and veg shop. Around the corner a pastry shop where we bought a delicious birthday cake for my son. It was roughly 10 minutes to walk to the main square. It was easy to drive there but try to avoid driving in peak times (thankfully we did) as it gets very busy. If arriving by train, one train station is very close, Pompei station is probably a 20 minute walk and Scavi about 35 minutes. If going to the ruins, the entrance near the big amphitheater is the easiest and possibly the quietest to go through (5 minutes from the main square). There are other families living in the complex. They were all very friendly and even waved us off when we left. Honestly, we really enjoyed staying here. I would happily go back again. Thanks Luciana for a wonderful stay.

This place is amazing! Conveniently located about 15min walk from city center, has large parking space (we arrived in van). The salon is enormous, cozy and comfortable for a group of 6. I definitely recommend this place

Luciana was a great host, really responsive at all times and clear with instructions etc. apartment was lovely, really wished we had more than 1 night booked and would 100% return as it was great. Very spacious and amazing views. Beds super comfy, rooms large (the living space is huge) and 2 bathrooms so weren’t fighting with our 19 and 16 yr old lads! Would definitely recommend if you don’t mind a short walk to the main town centre (5 minutes). Also the area around the apartment doesn’t look that spectacular on first sight but it was fine, we felt perfectly safe at night and having seen Napoli we were quite pleased we decided to stay in Pompei itself to visit the ruins (nothing against Napoli though, we’re going to visit there when we go back to Italy!).

Nothing I can think of. You get a bit of occasional noise from a neighbours dog barking but you get that everywhere and I definitely would not let that put you off booking this place, it is great.

This spot is great!! The host was kind and the place is very well maintained. It is clean and tidy and feels very luxurious. The wrap around porch is amazing with great views of mount Vesuvius! It’s about a 10 minute walk to the Main Street and a 20 minute walk to the eastern most entrance for the ruins of Pompeii. Overall, this is a great place with amazing facilities and a great host.

Though this property is great, we had an issue getting warm water which was not resolved at the time of this review. Some have complained of the roosters crowing in the morning, but we had a bigger issue with the loud dog which barks frequently at all hours of the day. Must be a neighbor’s dog, but it is not fun to fall asleep to the sound of a barking dog. This can be a big problem is you aren’t a heavy sleeper or don’t have a good sleep sound or noise canceling headphones.

Large comfortable clean apartment with view of Mt Vesuvius from the balcony. Ample secure parking. 15 minute walk to ruins and restaurants. Grocery stores near by. Responsive helpful host. We had a great stay and recommend when visiting Pompeii archeological site.
