Zagrad Homes in Zabljak

Great place to stay - brand new houses, very clean, close to supermarket and cafe, not far from Black lake. Special thanks for a great host and barbecue :)

It had most amenities. The host was friendly even though he did not know English. It’s a 20 min walk to the supermarket and a 8 min drive to the town center.

The property is right on the main road and the house is not sound proof so it was noisy all through the day. You can hear every car passing by. The homes are very close to each other and the grass area is common. There were families with their children next to ours so it was noisy in the evenings and also as early as 7 am. The kids were plenty and playing in the common areas. I couldn’t have my cup of tea in peace. There are three rooms and only one fan. It’s heavy and we had to move it upstairs and downstairs depending on where we were. So it was hot in the house. The floor was dusty to walk barefoot so I guessed it was not cleaned and mopped well before we came in. The host accepts only cash and we were not aware of this as it is not mentioned on booking.com. And most importantly no receipt is given when you pay in cash so it’s not run professionally. There was construction going on behind and next to the property so there was really no view to enjoy in the beautiful region. We paid for two nights but moved out after the first night to another property without any refund.

Amazing place, very clean. Every cottage has a small outside terrace to sit on. Kitchen is fully equipped. Super comfy beds and soft pillows which is always the main thing

This was one of the best stays in Zabljak. The house was very spacious, so it is comfortable for up to 6 people at least. Everything was new and clean. We really enjoyed it.
