Staff wake.me.midnight 12.30 after i was dead tierd Asking for payment Nd ID card...lazy and Ridiculuous...

Cleanliness inside the property was good. However the corridor was dirty.

I got a call asking to pay Rs. 50 for towel.

The only plus point of this stay is, its location. It is really near Phoenix Mall.

Almost everything!!! First who is unaware about it, it is not an independent room or stay. It is one big flat, and they are giving each room. Entry point for all room customer is same. One common hall with camera installed. No toiletries, no towel. We asked for a towel and the staff attendant charged us 50 rupees extra, which is still fine, but the quality of the towel was even worse. No hot water was coming. They are just giving a stay which is not even a budget stay that too of a very poor quality. The only plus is the location of the stay. Best option would be to find a better lodge or something in nearabout area if you are willing to stay only in that area. A lodge would provide more cleaner and systematic management.

Bed and common areas were clean. Caretaker Dipu was very polite and friendly.
