Круто все начиная с калитки! Новое стильное место сделанное для людей и с душой. Нам понравилось. Удачное расположение чуть на холме. Рядом православный собор. До центра пешочком вниз с горки за 10-15 мин. Обратно хочешь гимнастика вверх под уклон, а хочешь на такси всего за 5 лари. Ухоженная территория частного участка, посадки, лавочки, стулья , фонарики. Красота. Сам номер удобный, новый, чистый. Есть все что нужно для жизни среднестатистического туриста. Бонус кофеварка с кофе. Широкая удобная кровать с отличным матрасом. Советовать что то улучшить - только портить. Спасибо хозяевам! Будем советовать ваше место.

Бывает так что недостатков нет?!? Бывает! Видно когда стараются и не экономят на мелочах. Там на каждой тумбочке стоит даже поставка для гаджета ,что бы удобнее смотреть ютуб в телефоне 🤣

"The best place to stay in Kutaisi"

We have stayed in Kutaisi 4 times, in cheaper and more expensive hotels. This one was absolutely the best and we’ll definitely return when we have a chance 💛 — perfect location near to the city centre — very quiet place — wonderful garden with awesome smell of trees and tables to spend time in the evening — comfortable wooden house with everything you need — everything was new and clean, and very convenient — the hosts were really pleasant and spoke very good English and Russian — in the room there were dishes, glasses and cups as well as bottled water, coffee, teabags and even cookies — two cutest and most independent cats were walking in the garden

Everything was great, many thanks to the hosts 💛

"Отель в который хочется возвращаться"

Доброжелательный владелец, все расскажет и покажет. Заранее прислал фото-ориентиры для поиска точного местоположения отеля. На территории отеля очень ухоженная зеленая территория. У входа в каждый домик есть небольшая терраса, где можно вечером посидеть и насладиться свежим воздухом. В большом номере есть холодильник, микроволновая печь, кофе машина и другие удобства. Сами комнаты очень чистые и уютные, есть все необходимое для того чтобы там жить с комфортом. Однозначно рекомендуем!
