Un bonito apartamento y con buena ubicación.

Por esponer algo negativo, podría ser la mala calidad en de los canales de TV.

el gimnasio tenia varios equipos descompuestos uno de los puntos mas importantes para mi era el gimnasio.

We were very pleased with the kitchenette: fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender & stove top burners (we had to ask for help getting them to work: set the pot on the burner, then turn it on). Rm #313. There was sunlight in the bathroom and beside the bed (a kind of sun tunnel that lets light in at each level., but the view on the kitchen side was a wall across the hall. However, we were comfortable having our door open and we got sun, breezes, and a view of a beautiful palm tree. We've found that mattresses in mexico are often too firm for us, but we were happy with this one. The pool and sitting area were really fun and comfortable. It's a great design, having an "outdoor space" open to the sky, with total privacy from surrounding buildings. The office staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel security was good (buzzing out and code to enter). I couldn't communicate much with the cleaning staff, except by showing them translations on my phone. They were also very good and friendly. There was no one in the end room, so we turned the end of the hall into our balcony one evening. See photo.

There was mildew under the bathroom vanity from previous water damage. I didn't even mention it to the office manager because we were happy with everything else (and I'm sure they know). In hot humid climates, things like mildew and corrosion on metal fawcetts & door hardware will happen. The sargassum seaweed washing up on the beach came earlier than expected this year so that was a surprise, but tolerable.

La ubicación muy cerca todo

Al menos la habitación a la que me cambiaron por qué la otra tenía fallas con la tv, la ducha estaba descuidada además que no tenía puerta

-Emplacement idéal à pied: 7m de Walmart, 8m de la plage et 10m de la station ADO. -Personnel sympathique et disponible au besoin. -Équipement dans la chambre complet si vous souhaitez cuisiner.

-Aucune insonorisation sonore, le club derrière l'hôtel met de la musique jusqu'à 2h du matin. -Nettoyage très moyen, pieds noirs juste après le passage du staff d'entretien. -Literie vraiment moyenne.

I liked the people where very nice and helpful and they allowed me to leave my bags there while I was away when checked out.

No ventilation, cleaning every second day, weird smell. Things we here outdated like trash can for 10$ in Walmart would have make a huge difference. Toilet paper, had to go to the gym next door. Old towels. Bugs bites during the night. Bad WIFI connection.

Big, well equipped room. The guy on reception was very helpful. The pool is fabulous. Large TV.

So noisy at night from nearby bars. Bedding could do with bleaching. It's clearly been washed but it's not nice getting into stained sheets.

Que no teníamos la información de como manejarnos con lo que necesitamos. Sugiero que incluyan instrucciones escritas para el uso de los electrodomésticos, un jarro para calentar agua y pela papas/hortalizas.
