The swimming pool and the location (within 10 minutes walking of almost everything)

The hotel looks dated, some things really fall apart. ake sure you check the inventory of the studio as some of the items were missing/broken. For this price i stayed at a luxury hotel room in Mexico City. I expected something similar. Unfortunately, it was not the case. Not really a hotel vibe, it felt more like an appartment building. Moreover, strange purple lights in the bathroom.

Muy buena opción si buscas todos los servicios de una casa, incluso algunas cuentan con lava secadora. La alberca al estar al interior tiene el agua un poco fresca ya que casi no le da el sol, si es temporada de calor, es agradable, sino un poco fría.

Es una gran opción si buscas todos los servicios de una vivienda ya que algunas habitaciones tienen hasta lavasecadora, la alberca al estar en el centro de la propiedad, prácticamente tiene sombra todo el día incluso en donde está descubierta, lo cual la hace un poco fría, pero a cambio, no te asoleas.

Truely really kind people

Nice little hotel, close to main part of town. Room had alot of amazing amenities like a big fridge, big TV, micro, hot plate. bed and pillows were comfortable. It is suitable for a longer stay, due to table and chairs and sofa and big storage closet, except for your tolerance for dark rooms . There is parking. Very nice and friendly staff. We would definitely stay here again for a couple of nights- . The price was reasonable

We had room on main floor- the windows have to remain closed for privacy so room is dark. It might be noisy during high season if people walked by your room, but we didn't have any problems. The place in general is rather strange-- it is built around a long skinny pool. There are vines hanging from the 2nd floor which give it a jungly feel which is nice but it is also dark. Anyhow these are just some comments-

Broken elevator ..no cold water.clean up need to be or request even when you stay 4 nights. Por wifi

The pool is amazing! The room was beautiful and clean.

Do not and I repeat DO NOT stay here. My wife and I stayed here for a few months earlier this year and our experience was less than pleasurable. In fact, we had an awful time. This place was constantly dirty and unkept. The electricity went off and stayed off for two days, while it was very hot and the room had no windows whatsoever. One morning we woke up and the water wasn’t working and it didn’t come back on for the entire day. The wifi is extremely weak and unreliable. You will be very frustrated if you are trying to work remotely. After all of these setbacks, the thing that made it the most unbearable was the staff, that they had at the front desk. Very rude, condescending, incompetent and incapable of doing or helping with anything. The worst person was a woman named ERICKA, my wife and her got into an argument, when my wife went to ask her a question. She screamed at her and her behavior was completely unacceptable. Anything, you asked her to do, her response was “sorry that’s not my job, I can’t help you”. Completely ridiculous and useless. Overall, our trip was a complete disaster and I would NEVER stay here again. Save yourself the headache and money and go somewhere else. There are far better places in Playa to stay.👍🏻

Good location. Friendly staff. Amenities as pool and gym.

Inestable wifi on rooms. Pretty bad cleaning. Dirty rooms and bathroom. We found decomposing food inside the microwave that looked like it had been there for several days.
