- Smell of mold across the entire facility and room - Not enough towels given - feels like the room wasn’t cleaned prior our arrival - no complete intimacy : everything can be heard from/outside the room

The place was really well kept and clean. We really enjoyed the pool.

The hotel is in a convenient location close to everything - 10 minute walk to the beach and 5th avenue. It needs some TLC but in general it is ok. We liked the pool being inside as the water is always refreshing. They need to fix the water pressure and the faucets are loose. They also need to add more dishes and pots and pans. Otherwise the stay was pleasant, the check in and check out seamless and the staff is polite and accommodating.
