Locatia, dotarile apartamentului, apropierea fata de centru, complexul rezidential, aspectul apartamentului

Aerul conditionat nu a reusit sa raceasca intreaga casa, abia facea fata in sufragerie, desi a fost lasat cat am fost plecati pornit pe 18 grade timp de 5 ore.
