Serendipity, La Caletta

We are incredibly grateful to Emma for one of the warmest welcome we received at Serendipity. Having traveled a third of the world, we can confidently say that this is the highest level, not only in Italy. Everything in the apartment is brand new, high-quality and made as for yourself. Garden with sun loungers and jacuzzi. Toys for children, and a whole bunch of little things that are important during a trip. Great location near the beach and shops. The hostess Emma is always in touch and ready to be helpful. Many thanks to this house!

We really hated to leave this place and we had an opportunity to stay for one more day. And hostess Emma was kind enough to let us stay.

New build with all the necessary facilities for a short or long stay, including appliances and all features of a new and modern property; way above Italy's high standards accommodation; free strong wifi / flat screen TV , very comfy beds , all brand new kitchen and bathroom ( good washing machine and dishwasher plus a lot of electrical kitchen utensils that you would not find in other accommodations of this type; great coffee machine too !!) , all furnished at high level - indoors and outside back and front garden; well explained instructions for recycling. There are three Aircon units , one for each room and one for the open plan kitchen/ living space. Outside beautifully furnished set up for families and not only; There is a bonus - jacuzzi if you want to use it ( at a small charge - it's really worth it !) and mountain views all around; there is a 100% natural scenery with tranquil relaxing atmosphere. The property is within easy access and short walking distance to the village and to the beach, with white sand and crystal water, there is a beach bar and sunbeds but you can also use your own towels. Lovely restaurants and cafes ( best gelato places!!) down the village, and 5 minutes away walking distance at the closest supermarket. We have fallen in love with this place and we will certainly return hopefully soon ! The host is very helpful and responsive, way above our expectations, very accommodating and ready to offer the best stay to any holiday maker!

Nothing to dislike !

Emma is an excellent host, she responds quickly and is helpful.. The accommodation was super clean and the equipment was above standard, one of the best. It is close to the city center, for coffee and a beautiful beach about 4min by walk. I highly recommend.

This is an incredible house. Brand new. Every detail has been thought out so that you will really feel at home. There is absolutely everything you could need: in the kitchen all the supplies, in the bedroom with an incredibly comfortable bed, a private patio. On the one hand complete privacy, on the other hand - people live around, you will not be afraid, as you are in the city, but away from the noisy streets. Very pleasant and friendly owner, we had a great time chatting. Location is really convenient: the sea with an excellent beach is really 5-7 minutes on foot, shop 3-5 minutes on foot. If you have a car, this is a great location from which to explore both the north and south of the island. We have never been so delighted with our rented accommodation, and as interior designers we have high demands. There is not a single negative thing to mention here. When we come to Sardinia again we will not hesitate, definitely will try to rent this house. Absolutely recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay at Serendipity. The location was very easy to find and the directions were excellent. It is very close to the beach and it is located in a very quiet area and the apartment has a lovely mountain view. The town has plenty of restaurants to choose from and a supermarket is located very close to the apartment. The apartment was impeccably clean and the facilities were exactly what we needed, with a really comfortable bed, clean sheets, towels and fully furnished kitchen. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday.
