From start to finish, our stay was exceptional! The team went above and beyond, accommodating our early arrival after a long journey from Agra, which allowed us to relax and enjoy ourselves truly. The welcome with rose petals and a boat ride set the perfect tone. As this was a birthday celebration, the team thoughtfully surprised us with a special gift — an umbrella made by local women artisans, an incredible initiative. Every staff member — gardeners, cleaners, F&B team, chefs, front office team, and boat riders —was warm, proactive, and attentive, making us feel like royalty. We also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast and dinner, which offered a wonderful combination of local and continental cuisines. We loved the heritage walk, sunset boat ride, and traditional dance performance. This hotel combines luxury, heritage, and heartfelt hospitality. Highly recommended!

Nothing at all—it was one of the best hotel stays we’ve ever had.

"Eine Nacht voller majestätischer Eleganz"

Dieser Aufenthalt im Taj Lake Palace war einfach wie ein Traum. Der Empfang beim Checkin war aussergewöhnlich und extrem herzlich. So etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt. Ich verrate hier nicht was wir beim Checkin erlebt haben das muss jeder selber erleben. Das Essen, das Personal, die Gastfreundschaft, die Details, es war einfach perfekt. Auch wenn es nur für eine Nacht war es wird für immer in Erinnerung bleiben.

L endroit est bien entendu magique et l arrivée en bateau est magique. Les chambres qui nous ont été attribuées étaient corrects au premier abord Les massages étaient très bien

Les prix sont exorbitants et pas du tout jusitife . Le service , la restauration, les salles de bains la maintenance de l hôtel dans son ensemble ne méritent absolument pas les 5 étoiles. Le rapport qualité/ prix n vraiment pas au rdv. Palace qui n en est plus un et qui sombre dans le lac perola
