Floors were a bit cold and slippy downstairs No coffee machine - would have been a nice touch
GBThe cottage was as described and once inside it had a great, comfortable and calm feel about it. It was well equipped and the owner, Ian, placed a Nespresso machine in the kitchen when I enquired. Thank you. The cottage was warm and the log burner added a special touch for our Christmas stay. Parking was a real bonus, although a comfortable fit for a Range Rover Sport, but fit it did - a real asset in this village. Would recommend the cottage to others.

GBThe directions were really helpful so we found it easily, glad we had a parking space. The cottage was so welcoming, really clean and very well equipped with everything we needed and more. The bedrooms and bathrooms were lovely, plenty of hot water and and everywhere had quite a luxurious feel. Lots of nice touches like board games and the host provided a basket of logs for the fire at no extra cost. The location was excellent and we were able to walk to the cafes and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

GBJust excellent in every way possible. Fire was amazing. Standard of the fittings was 5*. Will definitely return and recommend.
Parking. We had 2 vehicles, including a 4x4. Impossible to park both. Just about enough space for 1 vehicle. Definitely not 3. So we used the supermarket 24 hour car park for the 4x4. Not a great problem but would have been good to know before arrival.
GBLocation was excellent. Facilities were good. Helpful hosts before arrival. Log burner was a pleasant addition. It was very clean. WiFi worked & Sky TV was a bonus. The cottage was warm. The bed was comfortable.
I would question the value for money. I think it is overpriced. Access to bathrooms via steep spiral staircase would be seen as challenging by many.
NZVery relaxing and comfortable accommodation - felt like home-away-from-home, and would definitely stay again. Central location, easy to find, and to have a carpark. Very comfortable beds.
