Near beach

Cleanliness, staff, air conditioning Book for 1 room but been told the room was occupied. Need to stay in another apartment which has 2 rooms. Air conditioning was not serviced

Location was good

Property owner/agent does not speak English, won't bother to pick up phone or read msg sent upon arrival. Then at 1.15 am almost enters the room with his spare key, just blocked by the hook from inside, brings new guest accompanying him! And finally when I open the door says " oh sorry , did not see you msg( that was sent at 3pm) , can you please do our payment now?". I make the payment and then he goes away! Almost everything is either broken or not usable at the apartment. Bad smell of rotten garbage everywhere. And the lift barely works. Horrible experience!
