"This has to be the best "house let" that I have ever stayed in. Brilliant"

From the moement I opened the door and walked in to warm and fragrant smelling room I knew this was going to be good. Emma goes out of her way to make her guets feel at home including provision of ome item of food and drink. The added bonus of video introduction to the hoem and its facilities was very much appreciated. The home also had good provision for Cloud the dog and the samll enclosed garden was a bonus. The house was really comfortable to stay in with absolutely eberything I needed to have a comfortable and relaxing stay. I will be back!

"Lovely well equipped house with an excellent host"

Lovely house with excellent facilities in a great condition. Host was very friendly and welcoming. There was plenty of room for 6 adults. There's a nice walk from the house to the Coventry canal path giving good access to the countryside. There's also several country parks around the area, easily accessible by car. Off road parking is available for 2 cars at the property. There's also a small garden providing some outside space to relax in.

Absolutely great stay. Emma was an exception host and met all of our needs. Stayed in several BnBs on my trip and this was by far the best.

Cannot think of anything on the negative side except maybe you’re a bit of a distance from restaurants and stores if you need that And do not have your own transportation.

"Fabulous place to stay"

Great size, comfortable beds and well stocked - had everything we could need, including toys for the kids.

Second window in master bedroom didn't have a curtain so the light flooded in first thing - early mornings for us!

"it was like been at home. the house was so warm."

i have no faults on this property it was so homely. the owner goes over and beyond for you and even makes sure their is milk in the fridge for you. everywhere was spotless.

Lovely house, great decor, very comfortable beds and sofas. Plenty of space throughout the house with a very well equipped kitchen. Lovely walks nearby - very pretty and ideal for our dogs.

Garden was a bit small, however it was secure and private.
