the facilities where the conference meetings were held. LeGrande manager, Rubin was exceptional. The chiefs and omlette station cooks at the breakfast location were accommodating.

The airport pickup on arrival was horrible. I waited two hours. Apparently a bus came after 1 hour - but I didn't see it. I had called the hotel, and it would have been helpful if the driver came over to where we were waiting. Also, the bed in my room was uncomfortable; hard mattress. The leaf blower came early in the morning, which disturbed my sleep.

Thando Rabebe our conference coordinator for the Black Coachers International conference went out of her way to assist us to achieve our goals of hosting a Welcome event at the last minute, facilitated with Rene of The Grill on One Twenty, handled a difficult financial situation when funds from the USA were delayed to cover the restaurant bill and equipment and was at all times professional and courteous. She is an asset to your organisation
