La Casa dei Fenicotteri

Questo per me non è stato un semplice soggiorno. La signora Mariagrazia è davvero speciale. Grazie alla sua calorosa ospitalità mi sono sentita davvero a casa♥️ La struttura è accogliente, pulita e curata nei dettagli. Tornerò con gioia.

It was a great place to stay when needing to fly out or fly in because it is very close to the airport. The host is VERY sweet and very nice and accommodating.

The breakfast was coffee and a pastry. It would have been nice to have some eggs or a bit more substance before flying out

Maria Grazie (the host) takes care of everything to make you feel like at home! We had only one night, but we can say the bed is comfy, bathroom functional and clean, and the breakfast was even more than expected for an Italian B&B. It was nice to chat with Maria Grazia, we've got her food recommendations and heard some life stories.

I would say the price was a bit high compared to other places closer to the city center (this might not be an issue if you have a car, and simply want to spend time at the beach). We had the hope to see some flamingos (key part of the property name) but the natural area around the house was not accessible because of construction works.

La struttura è posizionata a pochi km dall’aeroporto Comodissimo La signora gentilissima,cortese nonostante l’ora tarda dello sbarco ci ha aiutato a raggiungere la struttura con un auto

Die Vermieterin war nett und gab uns eine Flasche Wasser. Das Bett war recht bequem. Die Unterkunft liegt nahe beim Flughafen. Für eine Nacht ausreichend.

Die Umgebung der Unterkunft ist ziemlich trostlos, irgendwo im nirgendwo! Das Zimmer befindet sich im 1. Stock in der Wohnung der Vermieterin. Man muss also durch ihr Wohnzimmer gehen. Die Vermieterin spricht nur Italienisch, kein Wort Englisch. Das Zimmer ist sehr klein und das Badezimmer ist ein Gemeinschaftsbad, das von allen Gästen (und auch der Vermieterin) benutzt werden muss. Frühstück ist keines dabei, und auch in der Umgebung gibt es nichts zu kaufen.
