This is the second time for us staying here and we absolutely love it. Our friends and their family came along this time and fell in love as well. We have tried different areas around Garda but always come back to the conclusion that none of the other areas can compare with Villa Al Lido. The reasons are the location, we have a dog so it’s easy access for the dog and the children. It’s easy going and Sonia and the family are just lovely and very good hosts. Already looking forward to next year!

We had a wonderful time in the apartment. The owners made us feel like we are home, they went out of their way to make us feel good, and we got the real Italian vibe during our stay. The apartment was stylish and really convenient, it had everything we needed, and it was very clean. The beach was 10 steps away, and big plus for the covered parking spaces. We enjoyed everything and will return here.

The location...having the lake across the road was perfect The veranda was perfect with the view of the lake

I liked that it was so close to the water and very lovely looking, loved the fact that we had a balcony overlooking the lake. The owners were very friendly and super nice,

When you travel as a family with younger children, it’s quite nice to have a functional freezer for the water etc. A microwave or oven, either or would be good.We really missed utensils in the apartment, such as cutting board and a spatula when cooking. I Would have been nice to make life easier to manage the kitchen with the children. We quickly understood that this is different to which apartment you end up in, as we spoke to other people there and they had freezer, microwave etc. that freezer compartment we had in the fridge was broken so took at least two days to freeze our ice packs that we used when traveling. The owners were very helpful and let us use their fridge the last day for our ice packs, as we had a long travel ahead, but would be great to have something to work with when it came to the kitchen, I know I sound picky, but sometimes it’s the small “regular kitchen stuff “ that counts.

Perfect location, parking, you can use bikes and sun beds, beautiful view, beautiful garden, hospitable host.

The studio wasn’t clean. The owner must check before welcome guests. There is no matter for me to be new and modern, but to be clean. The person who is responsible for cleaning does not do it well! Also mattress little soft and knives are not good.
