This as to be one of the best places we have stayed the host was lovely the house so clean and inviting the town was close by the breakfast really good I could very happily move in

One of the best stays I’ve had in Scotland to date. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The building and rooms are fabulous. The breakfast made freshly daily was delicious. Can’t recommend highly enough.

The hosts were extremely friendly and attentive. Welcomed on Hogmanay with a glass of Prosecco and lovely persona cards in the rooms. The full house was immaculate with lovely small touches that made it very cosy and homely. Breakfast choices were vast and of very high standard. Great location 10 minute walk to the main shops and restaurants.

Absolutely nothing to complain about.

Couldnt fault poplars bnb,everything was amazing,and spotless,amazing views,great location,scott and nancy could not do enough,and breakfast was the best ever,will definitely be back and would highly recommend

There was much to like. Poplars is a great guest house. The rooms were immaculate, and the breakfast was very good. To top it all the owners were lovely and kind. We couldn't have asked for a better guest house.

Our alternative could have been a hotel, but other than an available bar, this guest house had everything you would want from a hotel.
