Room was very clean, air conditioning worked well, bathroom was nice.

The room didn't have a window.

Good location, Bari Centrale was easy to reach so we could easily get to the airport or other locations near Bari. This was one of the criteria I used for selecting the property. Self check-in is easy, regardless of the arrival hour. The bed is big but the matress was a bit too fluffy for my taste. Nice lighting for the room, nice bathroom doors but the bathroom mirror was a bit far to see well when putting a make-up on. Private bathroom, fridge, air conditioning, wi-fi, coffee machine. They left some water, coffee and pastry for consumption.

The room had NO window and therefore, no natural light or fresh air. The humidity was quite high. There was no wardrobe, only a bar where the clothes could be hung but they were humid and soon had a certain smell. The owners tried covering the smell with some room perfume. Moreover, there was a door separating this room from the other rented room- Mada's Apartment Comfort, which was rented by other people we did not know. This made it noisy as the wall and the door separating the two were not at all sound proof. It seemed clean but at a closer look, you could see a lot of dust, spots, the towels were not ok, they had stains and I have doubts that the blanket was washed. The cosmetics from the bathroom were clearly left there by the previous guests and there was only one toilet paper roll. It seemed a bit odd that photos for both our IDs - front and back were requested. We were also asked to pay the city tax and I am not sure if private properties should charge that.
