FIBasement apartment in a superb location near the funicular departure point to the upper town Città Alta. There's a great takeaway pizza joint (Dolce Pizza) across the road & an excellent wine store (Rotta Vino) a 1 min walk away. The apartment has its own private garden with table & chairs and we enjoyed several meals here.The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had pretty much everything required. There are aircon units in the lounge and bedroom which were very welcome after a long day in 30+ deg temperatures! Communication with Frederico was excellent and he was very accommodating with our late arriving & departing flights. He responded to messages and provided assistance when needed very quickly.
We had a couple of small issues with the power going out when too many appliances were being used simultaneously and with the boiler pressure. However Frederico advised how to fix these immediately.
PLWe could check in earlier :-) ! :-) ! The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped. The location is fantastic - very close to the Old City. Carrefour Express very close and a lot of restaurants and cafes around.
The garden should look better (it's a great place, beautiful plants but it was very neglected).

RORUThe apartment has everything you need, from a coffee maker to good Wi-Fi. Shower, plumbing - everything works well. The bed is comfortable, and the blankets are warm. The location couldn't be better, the bus from the airport stops 5 minutes away. The old town, the new center - everything is nearby.
The apartment is located in a semi-basement. In mid-March it was still cold and despite the heating working well, the floor in the apartment was cold. For the same reason we did not use the courtyard. I'm sure that in the summer the location will be an advantage, it will be cool and the windows will overlook a quiet courtyard.
AUThe kitchen facilities allowed us to be self sufficient. The district was quiet, the property stylish and 19th Century chic and was close to the Funicular to Citta Alta. Easy access by bus to the railway station.
SELocation, size, kitchen, cleanliness. The host is very helpful.
It would be nice to replace/refresh some pieces of furniture.
