Seul petit bémol sur la wifi.

Me gustó todo, personal amable, habitación cómoda, cerca de todo. Desayuno a elección, Arriendan bicicletas. Volvería a reservar en el mismo lugar.

Great location close to town but still quiet overnight. Good breakfast choices. Staff really friendly and helpful. Bike rentals were very reasonable.

The staff were friendly and lovely. That is the saving grace. Location is good and safe. Bathroom was clean. Shower was good. Although they don’t tell you there’s a hot water switch in the room for the shower so watch out for that.

Bed had 20+ hairs in it, it was revolting. We slept in our full clothes both nights because of this. No excuse. It was gross. Dirtiest bed on our month in Vietnam. They clearly hadn’t bothered to put new sheets on because there were just so many hairs and it was so obvious, baffling. We arrived late after a night bus and was not going to wake anyone up to ask about it. Mis-sold on the 24 hour reception and the Mountain View. We would have been happy with what we got if it hadn’t been sold as something different. That’s just wrong. - Paid extra for the Mountain View room. Half the window is covered with the neighbours wall. Not the pictures we had booked at all. - Choose here because of the 24 hour reception. Once booked get an automatic email of short check-in times. We replied to that saying the 24 hour reception was why we choose it because arriving on night bus (which is common) and they left a key out at reception. Problem solved. Arrived and no toilet paper, no hand soap, nothing. Again it actually says toilet paper in booking.com, another mis-sell. Room got cleaned the next day. Still no toilet paper but got soap. So we asked for toilet paper and got it, solved. Arrived and both the bathroom window and bedroom window were open. The sliding bathroom window panes were even sitting on the wrong sides, which is why they didn’t close, so we fixed that ourselves. It was really disappointing because it just goes to show how little they cared. Especially after seeing the bed. In saying all this. No matter how awful the bed and the miss-sells were. The staff were still nice and we’d be ok to go back there.
