"Great place to stay in Syracuse"

Great position and plenty of room. Lovely deck. Washing machine available

Power kept tripping if using more than 2 appliances. Owners aware and promised to visit to try and fix but never contacted Air con one one room did not work

"Superb"

Convenient location - could walk from train station. Comfortable and spacious apartment. Located at seaside - beautiful view. Cooking and laundry facilities. Rooftop terrace was large - washing dried quickly during the day, lovely to eat dinner overlooking the sea at night.

The portal was onerous to complete before check in.

The Location was perfect

No water pressure in the shower or sink, and no cups available for drinking. Also, the host sent a form on the day of my arrival, but I didn’t see it due to traveling. The next day, she sent another message saying it had to be completed immediately; otherwise, she would call the police to remove us from the apartment. When I told her it was crazy to send me the form at the last minute upon my arrival, she replied, telling me to "watch my words" as if I was being rude. Normally, these details are provided in the first message, not when I’ve already checked in. Once I check in, I expect to enjoy my holiday, not spend time filling out forms and messaging the host. I’ve traveled all over the world for the past 15 years and have never experienced anything like this.
