Staff at receptionist are friendly.

I don’t like it when housekeeping staff enter the room without knocking. They just walk straight in. Imagine if the guest had just finished showering? That would be very inappropriate. We are Muslims. You cannot simply enter a room like that. Please knock and ask for permission first. This happened to us twice — on the second day and again on the last day before checkout.

"Grand Pink Hotel Hatyai"

Location of hotel is within central area of Lee Garden which is near to lots of shopping, eateries and massages.

Aircon doesn't seems to work well as not cold even after temperature adjusted to 16 degrees and daytime temperature is about 35 degrees.
