Pacific room in uluwatu

Une belle grande chambre avec tous les services dont j’avais besoin. On m’a attendu, malgré mon arrivée très tardive. On a aménagé une espace pour que je puisse me faire à manger, lors du Nyepi, on s’est toujours renseigné si on pouvait m’aider, malgré que la compagnie aérienne avait égaré mon bagage. Je me suis senti épaulé.

Experiência incrível no Sula Vilas. Os meninos responsáveis foram extremamente gentis e solícitos, o quarto e banheiro são lindos, tudo preparado com muito capricho e limpeza impecável. A vila nao fica na região agitada de uluwatu mas muito proximo e estratégico de tudo. Espero voltar um dia.

único problema que tivemos foi para encontrar a vila. Endereço não bate e no booking aparece o nome da acomodação e não o nome da vila. Mas perguntando nas redondezas conseguimos achar.

What we didn’t like was that, on the day of our departure, we had asked in advance if we could stay three extra hours after check-out, since our flight was in the afternoon. We wanted to know if it was possible and how much the extra time would cost. The response was a simple no, as they said they couldn’t rent the room out. We explained that one of the nights we had no electricity—so no air conditioning and no water to shower—but again, the answer was no. They also never told us how much the extra time would have cost. Another thing we didn’t like was that the pillows were very high and there were no alternatives to switch them. We would also suggest adding an electric kettle and some coffee in the room, as other 3-star hotels usually offer.

the villa is clean and aethestic. environment is peaceful and comfortable. nice and friendly staffs who are always available.

location is a bit out of the way. the entrance road to the villa need to be made proper. too dark if u need to make your way back past sunset.

No running water when just checked in, My friend can not take a shower after long flight...need to wait They charged me almost 1 million for stains on small blanket ( 1 square meter size). Also they way how they handle this stain issue, was not so pleasant.
