The maximum number of pets is two (2), dogs only (no cats). The maximum dog weight is 25 lbs. Pet fees: A one-time cleaning fee of $70 is due as well as a daily pet fee of $20 per pet per day. Dogs must be crated when the guest is not inside the unit. Animals may not be left unattended if they are not in a crate. Tarps are provided in the hall closet for guests who have dogs. Dogs may get on the sofa or chairs if a tarp is used; dogs may not get on sofa or chairs directly without a tarp. Pets must be leashed outside of the unit and outside the fence. Unit is an attached townhome with residents on the other side of an exterior wall. Barking or other pet noise must not occur. If pet noise becomes a nuisance, that will be grounds for termination of stay and ejection from the unit. 8. Pet feces disposal: Whether in the fenced back yard, or anywhere in the townhome community, guests must pick up and dispose of pet feces. Guests are required to sign Host's short term rental agreement prior to checking in. Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. You will also be given the choice between authorizing a damage deposit of $500, or a nonrefundable damage waiver of $35.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.
