Great place, the worst management.

It is a shame that such a great place can ruin your vacation. They require online check in. The problem is that in Ostuni and the area close to the hotel, the network is limited and bad. The application form of the hotel for online check in is very heavy with requirements of pictures of you ID and yourself as well....many other data and etc. So I had to walk on the street to catch better network...and try again and again. It's not enough that but for my data aways was giving a problem. (I registered my partner but could not registered myself as a 1st guest). I tried minimum 2O times without success. At the end I spent 1,30 h in trials to get in and we missed the sunset. This was our last day in Pulia and we don't plan to come back soon. So the crazy online checking ruin our vacation. To fix the problem I should spend 20 min on the phone speaking with the service administrator. I had to call her 5 times. Finaly, when we got in the place, we couldn't find out room. Three of the rooms in the hotel are behind walls covered with wallpapers and if you don't know that fact it is hart to find it. Was a very unpleasant experience for us.

Colazione abbondante e ottima, se posso dare un consiglio, i cornetti dovrebbero essere serviti caldi. Posizione eccellente, stanza confortevole e pulitissima Consigliata!!

TV non funzionante.

Soggiorno eccellente! La struttura colpisce per la sua architettura, davvero bella e curata. Pulizia impeccabile e ambiente molto accogliente. Ci siamo sentiti a nostro agio fin da subito. Consigliatissima!

Unico aspetto migliorabile: in assenza di reception, sarebbe utile avere un numero sempre reperibile (anche nelle ore notturne) per qualsiasi necessità o imprevisto.

Come da foto! Camera molto bella, pulita, tutto funziona, comodissima e vicina al centro. Un posto dove rilassarsi e accedere facile si bellissimo d’intorni.
