Soggiorno piacevole, appartamento dotato di tutti i confort e posizione strategica.

The Apartment was nice, Federico , the host, was the kindest and most attentive ever. Location is great for Palermo, also, we were aloud to leave our luggage once we had done the check out.

Enough space, comfortable, very clean, nice area, cute balcony Host was very nice, helpful and responsive ☀️

Appartamento al di sopra delle aspettative, molto curato nei dettagli e nell'arredamento. L'host Federico, si è dimostrato disponibile e ci ha dato consigli per visitare la città. Soggiorno piacevole e ottima posizione.

Location was right in the center, all highlights within walking distance. Located in a somewhat messy street. It was nicely furnished, although it needed a lot of replacing. The accomodation had reserved a private parking place for us nearby, a two-block walk to the accomodation.

I climbed five high marble flights of stairs with suitcases, total of 60 steps. There was a strong sewer smell in the bathroom and throughout the apartment. Also some improvement advice; the kettle needs replacing and it can't be connected to the kitchen. The skirting boards are coming loose, and the hatch in the bathroom ceiling is loose. The bed isn't very comfortable. The cutlery was incomplete. It wasn't really cleaned properly.

The apartment felt very refreshed and clean. AMAZING location. Close to the station and some great bars and sights. Our host Federico was so kind and shared fantastic recommendations and clear instructions.

L’appartamento è accogliente e arredato con grande gusto, ogni dettaglio è pensato con cura. La posizione è ottima e ben collegata. Federico si è dimostrato un host attento e disponibile fin dal primo momento, sempre pronto a dare una mano e a dare ottimi suggerimenti per ristoranti e locali della zona. Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole, lo consiglio senza esitazioni!

L’appartamento è confortevole, con un design ricercato e curato nei dettagli, oltre ad essere molto ben servito. Federico è stato un host premuroso fin dal momento del check-in, sempre disponibile e attento. Ci ha anche consigliato ottimi posti dove mangiare 😋. Un soggiorno davvero piacevole, lo consiglio vivamente!

The property was clean and comfortble. My son particularly liked the loft style bed. The apartment was well appointed, spacious and we could have stayed a long time there. The communication with the host was excellent.

We had some initial dramas with the internet being too slow but the host was quick and attentive and fixed the problem. The city tax charge seemed a little higher than what was required for us. The apartment is well located and a short work to everything. If possible I might try to get in the old town next time. The stairs are a very big climb so I would not recommend if you are not comfortable climbing stairs with suitcases.
