GBGBGBThe apartment was in immaculate condition and perfectly clean. The furnishings are stylish and overall comfortable, but the sofa could do with being more cosy. The bathroom is lovely. The bed is very firm, but ours is at home so we were happy with that. The location of the apartment is absolutely perfect. It's very close to the castle, but tucked away enough from the hustle and bustle so we were not disturbed by noise. We ate out whilst in Windsor, but the kitchen is well enough equipped if we did want to cook.
Considering how much we paid for our two-night stay, we were disappointed that we couldn't access UK television channels in the usual way, but had to go through the various catch-up services online. We figured it out, though I think it would be reasonable for the management to provide a quick guide to the television for guests. The bed frame has sharp corners and I accidentally took a gouge out of my shin, so be careful.

Really hard mattress, but that's a personal taste I suppose. No instructions on how to work TV, could be quite complicated to lots. However, host was quick to respond to my query and helpful.

GBExcellent apartment a short drive from Legoland. Lovely comfortable large double room. Modern bathroom and kitchen with a roomy dining/ lounge area which was great for relaxing with a glass of wine whilst little ones played. Sofa easily converts to double bed when it’s time for bedtime. Smart tvs in lounge and bedroom. Prev review mentioned issue with hot water, we did not have this problem at all. Plenty of hot water in both evening and morning. Dishwasher plus tablets/washing up liquid & tea towel provided, as was tea, coffee and sugar. Highly recommend we had a lovely short stay.
Check in could have been from 3pm, rather than 4pm. This is quite late in our experience.
