"Disappointed. Will not be back."

Nice views. Room was clean. Not much mold.

Staff don't understand English even when translated via google we didn't get what we wanted. Not enough pillows. Light cannot be blocked out . Big walk uphill on dangerous and polluted road to get anywhere.

"Nice place to watch a sunrise"

I liked that i was able to book this place at 9pm. Actually it was almost the only option. If you like to wake up ay 6am it will be a perfect place for you.

I didn't want to wake up at 6am, but I had no choice. The sun was shining very brightly and the location of my room was just perfect to welcome the first rays of light. Unfortunately, I love sleeping more than watching the sunrise, so I couldn't enjoy it. As you can see, I have no complaints about the hotel, only about the sun

OMG this view is amazing the mountain looked like a white pyramid on the morning sunrise absolutely beautiful, mist rolling through the valleys over the little rice paddies dotted along the side just stunning, the boys from hotel were always there to help if needed and bedugal was alot cooler than the rest of bali, so no airconditioner and not needed. Room was lovely, clean and comfortable, good size, very nice. I highly rate this hotel for comfort but especially the view! (Also 10 minutes driving down the road is an amazing restaurant The Tundra excellent food, open breakfast, lunch and dinner)

Communication was a little hard some times, but nothing we couldn't work through, again the boys were always there to help and always with a smile.

"Good for relaxing , next time please prepare bug spray."

Staff was helpful, rooms was spacious, bathroom was very clean, have a sunrise view.

since it is on mountain area, some ants or bugs might show up, so its understandable, prepare a baygon or bugs spray would be a plus. At the moment i stayed, they said run out of it, and there are ants near the bed, and also there is big spider show up.... And too much noises in the sunday morning! They do some roof fixing & maintenance on 7-8am at lobby area but the noise was go through our room.
