De Mazamitla sus entornos boscosos, sin duda es un pueblo mágico. Magnífica comida, lugares bellos y personas amables

El desinterés del hotel por brindar un buen servicio. Nos cambiaron tres veces de habitación y ante nuestra inconformidad (por sus servicios: agua fría, filtración de agua sobre una cama, falta de mueble para colgar ropa y pésima atención de su recepcionista), nos ofrecieron una cabañita que era muy fría y obscura.

Es nuevo el hotel, está bien ubicado y cómodo.

El personal o es muy distraído o no está capacitado recepcion. Mi visita fue cuando capturaron al Mencho. Pero nos dejaron abandonados no se fue el personal pero que el dueño les dijo que cerrarán por seguridad y no había nadie que te atendiera. Sin comida no agua. Y ellos si hasta carne asada hicieron.
