The rooms are very nice, great bedding, layout, clean, location, shower,

The doors are very noisy when opening and closing . The lady who did our check in was amazing and the lady who did our check out was not resourceful or helpfull. I asked for my hotel tax invoice and instead of just making it right away (like all hotels) or giving me a link to make it myself, she gave me a WhatsApp number, so I can reach the contact, and send my booking and ask for my invoice.... This is so weird and not practical SOS

New buildings with modern exterior and interior. There is also a restaurant near by, but the food wasn't tasty. I'd suggest any other at the city square. Parking lot was really close. Surprisingly, it was quiet thanks to the hotel location right at the entrance to the city. 10 min to the tourist area and +5 to the downtown.

The bathroom didn't have a ventilation, so if the door is closed you can't breathe there at all. The glasses provided for bottled water were dirty. The balcony door lock felt apart when I touch it. Blackouts were mounted too far from the window to block the sunlight. Same small annoying things you can expect in almost every hotel in Mexico that make you roll your eyes "how does it even possible"
