Excellent and helpful staff at all times. Attentive and kind, lovely hot spring baths and a cosy room. All as advertised. You are literally a few steps away from the main attraction in Kusatsu. Nice restaurant a few steps from our room!

I can't think of much really. Slightly later checkout time would have been nice (10am is a little early for tired travelers, as was the breakfast times, but this is all as advertised so I can't complain!)

location is good clean and comfortable

bath is very old and small too less breakfast no parking at the hotel but staff offer valet parking.
