La ubicación y el personal del edificio

Había un pésimo olor en el baño principal y en su página indicaba parqueo, sin embargo no lo tenía y al solicitar soporte a la administradora, no respondió a mis mns.

Es ist ein Hochhaus. Das Apartment ist im 7. OG. Es gibt eine durchgängig besetzte Rezeption. Es gibt zwei getrennte Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer auf ca 50 -60 M2. Gute Ausstattung. Geschäfte für LM und Frühstücksmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Gute Restaurants auch. Wir haben uns von PeruHop am Hilton Doubletree absetzen lassen. Sind dann nur ca 150m zu Fuß..

Die Sitzgelegenheiten sind nicht besonders bequem.

"Relaxing and enjoyable"

The apartment was clean and spacious. Excellent facilities on site. The communal areas were also spotlessly clean. With security 24/7 on the main door I felt very safe.

It had very good security and in a good location. Katia and her brother were very helpful in whatever we needed. I would highly recommend this apartment building !

The front desk doesn’t understand English but we’re very friendly. Also if they would put directions in English for example in the laundry room on how to operate the machines would be very helpful. But I must say Katia and her brother went out of their way to make sure we knew how to operate them.

"The apartment itself was great, equipped with a lot of stuff."

The property was clean and comfortable. The host and owner was very nice and kept the property well equipped with dishes, cleaning stuff, Wi-Fi, AC, etc everything was great. The building is also in a great location with plenty of places to eat nearby, and not far from downtown Lima and Miraflores.

Noisy, construction noise, traffic noise and loud neighbors that had parties past quiet hours. Loud barking from pets up to late night hours.
