Incredible easy self check-in so no stress regarding arrival/departure time

The sofa was in very bad condition…couldn’t sit on it at all. Surely needs replacing soon.

The apartment has everything you need for your stay (dishes, bed linen, towels, hygiene products, iron, hair dryer)

The owner was unfriendly and aggressive. The apartment smelled strongly of cigarettes and old stuff. When I told the owner about this, he became aggressive and immediately offered me to move out, given that I had already fully paid for the accommodation and he knew that the payment was not refundable. The sofa was unusable, with broken springs sticking out. The oven was very dirty. There was mold in the shower. Kitchen sink was dirty. Balcony was dirty, covered in cobwebs. I checked in at 15:26. He is not telling the truth when he whites about early settlement. I checked in even later than the time indicated in the booking (in booking check-in at 15:00). And he told me that I should be grateful for the early check-in and that he did not charge for it... He wanted extra pay. Also, when checking out, he wanted to check me out an hour earlier than the declared time in Booking (in booking - at 12:00, but he wanted at 11:00). When I said that I want to be before the time indicated in Booking, he offered me an extra pay again. He is deceiving that I screamed at him and called him bad words. We corresponded with messages, so there were no screams. I just wrote to him that the apartment smelled terrible and dirty, sent photos. And he immediately became aggressive and tried to evict me. For some reason, he began to write that I did not know English, although we corresponded with him in English. I do not recommend contacting this host because he cheats at every turn.

The appartment is equipped with all necessary for daily using utensils. The being was a quite comfortable.
