Cute little hotel, very friendly owner, easy to get to on the number 2 bus from the train station. They don't serve food but they have no problem with you bringing in food from elsewhere. Pub is only open on Friday night. Comfy beds.

If I am beeing fussy.... It isn't in the centre of Bath so be prepared for a steep 1.5 mile walk or to get the bus which is no hassle but I get it might put some people off. Water pressure is ok but not great. These aren't problems, most of the negative reviews I have seen for this place seem to be from people that were expecting a a big chain hotel, if thats what you want then stay in one.

The room was very clean and very convincing for getting into Bath

Location was in a quiet area, very close to national trust. Only ten minutes by bus into the main city. The lady who helped us was lovely and very informative. The rooms were very clean, and the interior decor was breath taking. Such a lovely, whimsy, funky vibe with so much life to them.

The bed was very comfy and the hospitality tray was excellent. Louise was very welcoming and helpful.

There were too many patterns on the bedding and accessories in the room.
