The communication with the owner was excellent from the start. On arrival, I sent a quick message and she immediately came out to greet me and direct me to where I could park, which was really helpful. The room itself was spacious, spotless, and had everything I could possibly need. I slept so well in a very comfortable bed, and the whole place was beautifully quiet. Although the property is on a residential estate in Nechells, don’t let that put you off, it’s a real hidden gem. I had a wonderful stay and would absolutely book again without hesitation.

The room was very large. Clean and had it's own un suite which was also spacious and clean. The host Saiqa was very friendly and welcoming and catered to all my needs. This place is highly recommended as its local to all amenities.

Room was very spacious and clean, plenty of sockets for working at desk. Bathroom was very clean and the shower was a good size and hot.
Not walking distance from shops or restaurant, although Star City is only a 5 minute drive away. Car parking could have been signposted better, wasn't sure if I was parking in someone else's drive.
