The bar tender was excellent, the maintenance ground workers were friendly . The receptionists were friendly and helpful.

No hot water to start! The restaurant staff service was Not friendly and the service was terrible. One evening we waited over a half hour for two cups of coffee and cake , that we gave up and left. Not enough variety for breakfast, and a night not able to get snacks. No pool towels, I was so disappointed.

It was clean and very spacious. Nice pool also

The food wasn't that good. Food was a little overpriced and didn't taste as it was supposed to. Basic dishes like ceviche and lomo saltado didn't meet expectations.

NOTHING!!!!!! NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!! A REAL SCAM!

This Hotel is over rated!!!!! A SCANDALE!!!! I arrived at the hotel in the morning 10h30am...they don't propose you water!!!! And it's summer!!! You ant even buy some! I asked if I can get drinks and the bar is not open!. I asked if I can buy anything to eat or drink and they told me that kitchen was closed! I had to walk 20min out of the hotel to find a supermarket. The breakfast is a joke...they offer you the same food everyday...egg with potatoes and one juice...and 2 piece of bread... and you only can get one plate...they don't have menu if you want order something else for breakfast...but you can see the Owner of the Hotel eating Huge Breakfats in front of the clients..and we cant order other type of food. The rooms are small and bad conditions... No water in the morning!!!! The swimming no PH products on the pool...was a lot of kids and babies and the water was extremely dirty.

I like the hotel.

I didn't like that I have to take the luggage to my room. I have to ask for clean towel everyday. The breakfast was not good. They only give you one bread for person. I ask for more and they didn't get me anymore. The only give more to other people. I don't like the staff, they don't take care of the guest.
