"The location was amazing, but the facilities need a lot of improvement/attention."

The location was amazing! Just a short walk from the Western Wall / Kotel. The view of the Kotel, standing outside our front door, was awesome.

The bed was so hard that my neck and head hurt for four days after our stay. The sheets and towels were stained. There was no water pressure or hot water in the shower. The washer/dryer was filthy and took hours to go through a wash/dry cycle. We put our clothes in at 1 o’clock in the afternoon and the machine was still running at 2 o’clock in the morning. It was also extremely loud. We were afraid the neighbors were going to complain about the noise coming from our apartment when the dryer was on.
