The location is amazing, super local to everything. Supermarket around the corner. Many restaurants all max 5 mins walk away. The apartment was clean and had everything you need for a short stay. Air conditioning and smart tv were appreciated.

The sleeping situation wasn’t so comfortable. The sofa bed was quite thin and the bedding and pillows could have been much better. The double bed was a bit better but same issue with bedding. Wifi was great in the living space but zero signal in the bed room. And also, not a big deal but good to know, the shower does need a little bit between showers to get hot again.

Le logement est bien situé et l’arrivée s’est réalisé facilement.

Le logement ne correspondait pas entièrement à l’annonce. Nous l’avions choisi car il était indiqué qu’il disposait d’un lit et d’un canapé-lit, ce qui était un critère essentiel pour nous mais cela n’a pas été le cas dans des conditions satisfaisantes. En effet, la propreté du logement laissait à désirer (pas de draps pour le canapé pendant 2 nuits et tâches sur les couettes) Par ailleurs, la connexion internet n’était pas bonne car il s’agissait de la connexion d’un autre logement, ce qui la rendait instable et faible. Enfin, des travaux de peinture venaient d’être effectués dans le couloir et une forte odeur de peinture est restée pendant deux nuits, d’autant plus que la porte du logement avait été laissée ouverte.

Tivemos um problema com o aquecedor de água quente do banheiro ao tomar banho. Creio que possa ter sido um problema simples e de fácil correção

The location was excellent and very close to the city center.

The apartment was extremely dirty, and it felt as though no cleaning had been done before our arrival. There was a significant amount of visible mold in the bathroom, including on the shower head. We also found silverfish in the bathroom, which made using it very unpleasant. Overall, showering and using the bathroom felt uncomfortable and unhygienic. The air conditioners were covered in thick dust, and we were afraid to turn them on because of this. In the bedroom, there was a noticeable layer of dust on the decorative surface above the bed, and it was clear that the lamps had not been cleaned for a very long time. Additionally, the bedroom has no window, so there is no proper ventilation. You end up breathing dusty air constantly — if you have allergies or respiratory issues, I strongly do not recommend staying here. The bedding was also unacceptable: the bed sheets were covered in hair, and the pillows and blanket had stains of unclear origin. Overall, the level of cleanliness was far below acceptable standards.

La posizione, nuova

Non c’era la finestra in camera e nel bagno e non sono venuti a pulire e cambiare gli asciugamani neanche una volta. Sono finite la carta igienica un giorno prima e non c’era di scorta .

Nem volt akasztó, illetve nem volt semmilyen törlésre alkalmas tárgy a konyhában, így zsebkendővel kellett megoldanunk a tisztítást.
