The rooms are beautiful and the staff is also welcoming. They even offered me and my wife a gift package. I would visit the place again.

It was clean and conviniently located.

We couldn't get hold of the caretaker when we had an emergency around 8:30pm, he didn't even return our calls or apologies for missing our calls during check out the next day.

The staff/lady that welcomed us was very friendly. The place was clean and quite spacious. I slept very well. Water was hot. Loved it

The outside light brings to much light into the room. Consider moving the light or getting blinds that block the light.

When we arrived at the guest house, our booking was not there, and it was fully booked, so there was no room available for my husband and I. Apparently, the person who runs the guest house's account here does not inform the staff of the bookings from the app, and so they only prepare for bookings made directly with the guest house. However, on the plus side, they apologised and made an alternative booking for us at a different guest house not too far that was even nicer.

I booked and paid in advance for my technician to stay here. At checkout he was asked to pay in full. The accommodation needs a better system for tracking payments. If the technician hadn't checked with me he would have paid a second time.
