Me mintieron con la reserva. Reservé una habitación con cama doble, terraza y aire acondicionado. Cuando llegué me dieron una habitación con un colchón individual tirado en el suelo, sin ventana, sin aire acondicionado y las sabanas sucias. Además no te podías poner de pie porque te dabas con el techo. La explicación fue que me cambiaron porque no funcionaba el aire acondicionado, (la habitación que me dieron tenía un triste ventilador) lo peor es que me dieron la opción de cancelar pero nunca me devolvieron el dinero

Very near the airport which is what I’m actually looking for as I’m just a transient passenger going to Bacolod.

The price is relative depending on the date of booking but at the price I paid, small soap, shampoo and disposable toothbrush should be provided. As a transient passenger, the idea is to refresh yourself even for a short period of time. Towel should also be absorbent and big enough to cover a man’s physique.

The place is very nice and quiet , staffs are approachable and kind, and complete bathroom set

The place was very very clean. I love my cozy little room. It was right beside the bathroom. Very convenient for me. The bed sheets smell fresh. The AC works perfectly. I enjoyed the swimming pool late at night. The girl who received me was sweet. The problem was Miss M.

The pillow was very very hard. Can’t sleep on it. I slept on my coat. Make my nights uncomfortable. The matress was also pretty hard not really comfortable. The worst part was Miss M. She email me when I booked that I needed to contact her on vibe, what’s app or phone to get in. I have none of those. I finally find someone with what’s app at the airport and tried to talk to her on his what’s app. No answer. I email her on what’s app. I asked her how I can get in If I have none of those kind of communication. Normally on hotel I just show up. I don’t know why she assumed that everybody have what’s app or a phone number. I didn’t. I was sooo stressed I ask her three times how I can get in on what’s app. No answer from her. She just keep sending me her adress that I had right at the beginning. I keep telling her that adress is useless because I had it already. I just want to know how I can get in. I will be there in the evening between 6:30 to 8:30. She REFUSED to answer me and left the conversation. How rude it is. I said to her and the owner that they should said on booking that it is there kind of communication. If I knew that I will never booked there. That girl make me stress for nothing. If she would have tell me that someone will be there for me between 6:30 and 8:30 it will have no drama. That girl shouldn’t work with guests. She is sooo rude and useless.

Nothing at all

1. Cleanliness is superb! This is my top priority in choosing a place. 2. Its location is near to the necessary places. 3. Great water pressure. 4. Wifi is working well (although it was unreliable on my first night, they were able to fix it the next day) 5. The staff and host are super friendly and approachable.

I think the staff should be well informed. I was supposed to have a late check-out (with an additional fee), but the staff seemed to be unaware, he even asked me to communicate with the host instead of him.
