Very comfortable and cozy, really close to the airport which was a deal breaker. We came a bit earlier than expected and Laura accommodated us without issues

The fire exit light was really bright at night but thats requirements and the heating was a bit too much but those were things you can live with. Overall we were really pleased with the room

It was convenient to the airport and close to my family

It was very dirty, floors looked like they hadn't been brushed for a month, fridge didn't work and the bathroom covered in mold.

"Close to Liverpool airport"

Close to Liverpool airport. Quiet.

No towels or toilet paper on arrival. No front desk which we knew about so sent several texts. Got no response whatsoever to say towels would be dropped off in morning so we didn’t know if we’d get them. Towels did arrive but no courtesy / apology text or anything. That’s just poor.
