"Comfortable villa for 4 adults and 4 year old."

Location . 3 bedrooms and 3 baths and well stocked kitchen.

A dining set on lanai. Remotes for ceiling fans don’t work. Probably need new batteries.

I really enjoyed the nice, and thank goodness, AC condo. It is upstairs but we were ok with that. Beautiful u/s Patio to have coffee, tea etc. It is close to market 5 min (if you stay in Princeville you have to drive everywhere). Very nicely equipped kitchen. This is not a fancy place- which we liked. And three large bedrooms WITH three bathrooms- definitely a score. Hanelei is down the hill. There is a cool local bar in the same shopping center as the market- we went twice.

I would say need to put TV's in all bedrooms. We didn't need all the bedrooms , but two didn't have TV's. In this day of cell phones, usually not a big deal, but we are all seniors so we noticed.

"I highly recommend AC Villa!"

Mindy the host was outstanding! Great communication and easy access to the apartment. Beds were comfortable and A/C worked great. Couch was comfortable and kitchen well stocked. Great location. Neighborhood was quiet too.
