There was a bad drain stench in the bathroom for both evenings..They cudnt explain it but it got fine second night

Overpriced, late check in, grumpy staff, not welcoming. Booking.com error. Staff refused to give room key despite full payment done.

Food was good as served at the restaurant

Booked for 6 rooms, but got only 4 rooms keys during checkin, had to followup so many times to get the keys of remaining 2 rooms on Sunday (7th jun) after 3 hours. The keys were dectivated too. The reception services can improve in this regard, were not able to meet upto commitments.

"Not good for long stay."

Have good infrastructure.

Worst employee, no room cleaning daily. Only when requested for. Also they just give new towel and soap. No changing the bedsheet daily. Stayed there for 2 week. Last day got viral feaver and stomach upset because of worst water quality. Also hard bed, not comfortable to sleep.
