"Decepcionada"

La limpieza y la ubicación

Cuando llegue a la habitación me habían dejado una toalla manchada no había shampoo en el baño además que el wifi era solo para whatup ( como en los aeropuertos) es decir no pude ver Netflix ni tampoco entrar en la página de mi banco sumado a esto la debilidad de la ducha que daba más ganas de bañarse en la pileta del jardín

La ubicación cerca de la playa está excelente las instalaciones están bien Pero podrían mejorar ya que se ven un poco descuidadas Pero en bases generales bien. El trato del personal muy bien Mu amables, Pero en el caso de atención al cliente necesitan mejorar ser más rápidos para dar respuesta

La habitación reservada si bien contaba con todo tenía problemas con el internet y pase un día para que resolvieran el problema, mejorar la iluminación nocturna en las habitaciones y también que después de las 6 de la tarde no hay quien responda el WhatsApp si se presenta algún inconveniente Las instalaciones un poco descuidadas, la piscina necesita mejorar

La proximité avec la plage.

Nous pensions avoir réservé une chambre avec cuisine, malheureusement ce n'était pas le cas...nous avons du manger au restaurant,nous ń’avions pas prévu cela sans notre budget.

"Un lugar lindo para relajarse y disfrutar tranquilamente"

El personal es súper amable y las instalaciones son cómodas, la vista es buena. La comida que venden es rica, los precios no son tan bajos considerando el tamaño de las porciones , pero el sabor lo compensa.

No encontramos jabón , pero lo pedimos y lo colocaron. Solo te dan una única vez las toallas para la piscina, no nos indicaron que podíamos cambiarlas. Para llegar a las habitaciones desde la playa debes subir una pendiente, no es que sea tan cansado, pero es un punto a considerar si vas con personas mayores o tienes limitaciones de movimiento.
