Lily House by YourStays - Cosy 3 Bedroom House in Crewe

Decor in the house is lovely but other than that will not recommend.

Cannot leave a review for my stay which ended today yet and this visit of from last week. I stayed last week and had to mention that kitchen items was dirty on arrival and en-suite shower running cold and also mentioned all the cigarette ends in the garden. However was assured this would be addressed with house keeping and maintenance. I decided to book again for this week as working near by and that I would give them another chance as hopefully all other problems rectified. After the 1st night and struggling to sleep due to itching I put it down to an allergy to the washing powder and sucked it up and bought antihistamines only to then find a bed bug the next night! I’m covered in bites and now trying to make sure the items I took with me are thoroughly cleaned. Property still advertising after contacting booking.com and YourStays and awaiting a proper response as contacted them this morning.

It's location, nice back garden space. Comfortable sitting room and comfortable beds.

Needs new pans. Neighbours dogs bark continuously.

Spacious and suitable as a late change

Uncomfortable beds, various levels of landing difficult with my Parkinson’s, all paved garden

House was clean and tidy has on suit and bathroom downstairs.

Back of house was covered in rubbish bins filled up so myself had to spend half hour sorting someone else's rubbish out. Area is abit rough kept having to check on van to make sure it wasn't getting robbed

Decor

No curtains. Cheap uncomfortable beds. Lack of a proper double bed.
