Excellent accommodation in Vakola. The room was clean. Bed was comfortable. The apartment building and outdoor area were clean. Some of the housekeeping staff are good & others need to be trained to be customer focused.

Reception staff need to be customer focused. We were promised rooms next to each other as we were a family of 4 travelling . This arrangement was confirmed by staff at reception. When we checked in, one apartment was on 1st floor, and the other was on the 5th floor. This caused a lot of inconvenience. The breakfast room needs to be bigger ,clean, and hygienic for the number of guests staying. Staff need to wear disposable gloves when handling food. Staff also need to be trained in customer service.

Good Accommodation at Vakola. The room was clean .Francis, the manager, is the only well experienced person working there. All other staff need training.

The breakfast room needs improvement. Staff need to be trained well. Hygiene standards need to be improved for food handling. I recommend that staff use disposable gloves in the breakfast room. There were no tables during busy periods as the room was too small. The staff packed breakfast for certain guests and delivered this to their rooms. but don't tell other guests to take the breakfast to the rooms to eat when there is no place.. This was not good . All guests should be treated equally. All staff need customer service training . Especially the breakfast room staff.
