The location was very well placed.

We put the trash bin to the curb on Wednesday, it was not picked up by the service company. We have left it at the curb in case they were simply running behind due to the holiday. We cleaned the air filters on the window air units when we arrived, they were plugged with lint. You should advise the cleaning company to check them regularly. The power recept next to the sink should be a GFI for safety and code. The dryer vent is also breaking code and needs to be moved away from the gas line for safety. Also add at least a notice for emergency evacuation in case of storms. The fire extinguisher should be mounted on a wall in the open not tossed under a mat beneath the sink. You should not worry about the renters making noise to annoy the neighbors. They make plenty of noise all night long. The people across the road leave their truck parked in front of the mailbox making it difficult to find the numbers when arriving. The bolt locks on both doors are difficult to lock because they don't line up. The vent fan in they bathroom makes a squeak noise. There are some sort of stains on the rug. We also found someone's sock in the larger bedroom. The front sidewalk is broken and uneven, making a trip hazard. The floor between the living room and kitchen is also uneven. With no way to change bookings, get a refund, or find different lodging options, I am a very unhappy person who paid more than 1500.00 to twist my ankle in the hole in the front yard. I will be making this same statement to Booking.com in hopes that they refuse to let you use their services again.

The property is beautifully situated for visiting the major sites, such as The Badlands, Mount Rushmore and Crazy Horse. It is well-equiped with everything one might need for a few nights away. The BBQ works a dream, even when a storm is moving through - it's not called "Covered Patio" for nothing!! The interaction between us (the guests) and Management was excellent. Response times between both parties is as swift as it could be. We enjoyed our time in the property and would heartily recommend it to any considering visiting the area, without any reservations!

Cute house, good location

No local channels for news. Needs more mugs and a spatula.

Very clean and comfortable home with everything you need for a short stop on a road trip. Close to main road with plenty of food options and great location for a day trip to Mount Rushmore. Highly recommended.
