Friendly, comfortable, ideal for early airport arrival

Smiling host made me comfortable after bad experience of previous stay at some other property. Easy to reach, near bus stop ,train station and high street. Comfy room.

All was good except no lock on the door.

I thought we had booked a hotel however this was a flat in a residential block masquerading as a hotel . Although the room was clean and tidy there was no lock on the room door to secure your belongings. We left and did not stay the night and found more suitable accomodation

Very suitable for purpose of night before early flight from Heathrow. Quiet room, comfortable bed and fine shower room/toilet.

Although the bed was comfortable, I did find the pillows to be too thin - some options would be good for different needs. Just an individual preference. Otherwise would stay again. Thanks

Room was very nice and tidy with a clean bathroom, bed was very comfortable.

It was have been nice to have my own way to get into the accomodation during my stay such as a key or building pass. It made me conscious of disturbing when ringing the bell and perhaps felt a bit less freedom.

I arrived late at night, the owners were very flexible with the check-in time. Everything in the room was fine. I had a good night's sleep and a shower before leaving the next morning.

Location is a fair walk from the tube station (800 m). A breakfast option would have been nice.
