USLocation. Beautiful neighborhood next to a school and walkable. Restaurants and shops nearby and close to the highways. 20 mins to Disney and 30 from LAX. Parking is on site, that’s a plus. The owner responds promptly to messages.
The tv didn’t work and it would have been nice for my son to have a bit of entertainment, no control over A/C, and no window curtains. The street light shines through the window and I like to have been nice to block the lights out.
USIt was quite and it had private parking and it had a swimming pool which was great
Around the pool area it was a bit unkempt
USI loved how quaint the space was! Felt very livable and comfy! It was also very convenient because of its adjacency to the freeway.
The place could have been a little more cleaner. Specifically the fridge, it was a bit dirty, but otherwise mostly spotless.

Advertised 2 beds and a sofa bed. No sofa bed, my husband had to sleep on the couch with just a blanket. Porch light was not left on so it was tricky to see the code box and the 4 locks to get in. Very warm inside and no access to control the temperature. There was no information about what to do with trash and other important information about our stay including local attentions, Restaurants,etc. There were only 6 towels for 3 adults for a 7 night stay. No beach towels. The sweeper vacuum was not working, so I had to get on my knees with wet paper towels to sweep up the floor. Pool was not clean and the hot tub’s heater wasn’t working.
AUClose proximity to Little Saigon and Disney Land. Clean and tidy.
USUSIts location is very convenient. And the thing i like the most is how soft the towels and blankets are. Smell good too
